Pickapeppa Gingery Mango Hot Sauce

This well known Jamaican brand of hot sauce goes through a very specific and labour-intensive production process. Using only the finest ingredients a sauce is made that is then aged in oak barrels for a minimum of one year. The result is a sauce with a superior flavour and mellow heat.

Ingredients: Mango concentrate, sugar, cane vinegar, water, raisins, onions, salt, ginger, garlic, turmeric.
