This is Sauce Leopard's second run at Hot Ones and were we to guess we think this one is going to do very well! It's a brilliant fusion of Far and Middle East cuisine with just a hint of Southwestern flair. Palate numbing Sichuan peppercorn, soothing tahini, a medley of bright & lively fruit flavours are underscored by a one-two pepper punch. Citrusy Fatalii and fruity Scorpion peppers create a heat profile that hits fast and hangs around for a bit, slightly tempered by the sweetness of blue agave syrup. Take your taste buds on a trip around the world and enjoy this roller coaster of flavours!
